The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a clean room, great bathroom, and a lovely view from the balcony overlooking the pool, palms, beach/sea. The location was perfect, right next to the promenade and beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of items.

We needed a place for holidays, everything was perfect. The breakfast was varied and satisfactory with full of options and the food was outstanding! The location was excellent and unbeatable for us - close to restaurants and bars. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

The hotel had incredible views and was a great starting point for cycling routes. The buffet cuisine was tasty and the hotel had a cozy atmosphere. The spacious garden and pool were perfect for relaxing.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful sound of furniture being dragged around in the morning. It's such a lovely way to wake up.

The food and staff were first class no complaints

This hotel has a good services and staff. Location is good near city Palma, it takes 10 minutes by car and 20 -25 by bus. Room is very clear only remark is that furniture in the room is pretty old

I had a fantastic experience during my Christmas stay. The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and with easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my trip even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amazing views. I particularly loved the delicious meals offered at the hotel, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

I did have a few minor issues during my stay. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.

Great location - decor is abit dated but were told the hotel is to undergo a refurb next year.Food was basic but ok. All in all would for sure stay again.

The staff at Hsm Golden Playa were incredibly helpful and charming throughout our entire stay. They provided excellent information about the island and its facilities, and even printed our boarding passes for us. The housekeeping was exemplary, our room was always clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a huge number of food choices, and we were impressed with the variety available. The location of the hotel was great, with buses stopping right outside for easy access to central Palma. I had a great time at Hsm Golden Playa and would highly recommend it.

The hotel has a brilliant location close to the beach, free parking, bus stop for Palma (it takes 15 min by bus to Palma) & supermarket. Rooms are rather big, well desighned, with large french window & balkony, looking mainly to the sea, big bathroom. Regular cleaning. Kitchen is very good. The stuff is very nice & helpful, doing thier best to comfort the guests. We really enjoyed staying there!

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right on the doorstep of a blue flag white sandy beach with lifeguard facilities. While the beach is across the road from the hotel, the road itself is not open to traffic (only emergency vehicles) and is used only for cyclists and pedestrians. The balconies of the bedrooms are generous in proportion and our balcony had very nice views of the pool area and the sandy beach beyond. All along the front of this hotel is a promenade running along the sea shore for miles. We never actually got to the end of it during our stay ! It appears to be a very quiet and safe area and we walked each evening until quite late along the promenade without any fear.

The Staff in the Hotel are not very nice with the exception of the Hotel Manger who went out of her way to make everybody feel welcome. When we arrived at the hotel the first evening after a long flight, we asked for a porter to help us with our luggage. We were advised that the hotel had no porter and we would have to see to our own bages. As we were two ladies, neither of whom is robust, this caused a lot of difficulty. The food in the dining room is quite good and in particular the breakfast is excellent. However, all of the tables are right next to each other to ensure that there is absolutely no privacy. It was like eating in school dining room. If you wish to use the safe in the bedroom, the Hotel charges 15.00 which is non refundable. You are given a safe card with the room number on it and which you have to insert into the safe to open. This means that you carry the safe key, with room number with you at all times, which defeats entirely the purpose of having the safe! Also people should be aware, that the hotel demands payment of the stay upfront when you book in.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, situated just a few steps away from the beautiful beach. We loved being in a quieter area of the town, away from the bustling nightlife. The hotel offered excellent services such as car hire and bike rental, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The room was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort with amenities like heating and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the view of the sea. it was a fantastic experience!
